Cookie Policy

This policy describes how Repatrack PRO uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It is prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy).

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and improve your user experience.

Necessary Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the proper functioning of the site and cannot be disabled. They include:

• Repatrack.Auth — signing in to your account (up to 30 days)
• __RequestVerificationToken — protection against CSRF attacks (antiforgery)
• .AspNetCore.Session — session preferences (theme, page size); deleted when the browser closes
• rp_consent — stores your cookie choice (180 days)
• ui_lang — your chosen language (1 year)
• rp_staff_mfa — administrators only: confirmation of two-factor authentication (up to 7 days)
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance — Cloudflare: protection against bots and attacks

In the browser's local storage (localStorage) we also keep: your cookie choice (repatrack_cookie_consent), whether you have opened the chat (rp_chat_used), a technical device identifier for requests made without an account (_rt_did, to prevent abuse), a listing opened from a shared link (rp_shared_listing) and whether you came from tollcalculator.pro, so the calculator opens after your first sign-in (rp_next, deleted right after).

On request Support chat

The chat (Tawk.to) is loaded only when you press the chat button. Tawk.to then sets its own cookies to keep the conversation going. If you are signed in, the chat receives your name and email so support knows who it is talking to.

Analytics Analytical cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our site. We use Google Analytics (cookies _ga, _ga_*).

• Collect data on visited pages, visit duration and interaction
• Used to improve the site
• Loaded only with your explicit consent

Marketing Marketing cookies

These cookies are used to measure advertising campaigns and to show ads.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel (_fbp) — measuring campaigns and ads on Meta
• Google AdSense — showing ads on repatrack.pro, web.repatrack.pro, towingdispatcher.pro and tollcalculator.pro. Its script loads on every page except the legal ones, because Google's consent message comes with it; ad cookies and personalised ads are used only with consent, otherwise Google shows limited, non-personalised ads. Google ads are never shown on screens with personal data, a map or a payment
• _rt_attr_* — which campaign you came from (source, campaign), so we know which ads work (7 days)
• Loaded only with your explicit consent

How to manage cookies?

Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent message — a certified consent platform (IAB TCF v2.2) that Google requires for ads. The choice made there is also applied to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and the campaign cookie. Other visitors, or anyone for whom Google's message does not load, see our own banner. Either way you can:

• Accept all — enable all cookie categories
• Reject all — enable only essential cookies
• Customise — choose which categories to enable

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the side menu.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that this may affect the functionality of the site.

Retention period

The cookie storing your consent choice (rp_consent) is kept for 180 days. After this period you will be asked to make your choice again.
